Hybrid working
Space Solar supports Hybrid working and we want everyone to work at their optimal level and we recognise the need to develop modern working practices. Our Hybrid Working Principles set out the organisation’s approach to working in our offices and working remotely.
Although most employees will be office based for 2/3 days per week, there will be time where working from home may the best option and this will depend on the team, roles that you perform. Our managers will take the lead on agreeing effective ways of working with their teams.
